About us

PZK BRNO a.s. was established by transformation of the original firm that was formed by Ing. Jan Kratochvil, CSc. in 1991. At present, the company’s activity focuses on three main spheres:

• Deliveries of electrotechnical materials from the sphere of transport, telecommunication, industrial automation and power engineering, provision of the respective technical counselling.
• Manufacturing of parts and assemblies for electrotechnical and engineering equipment, such as high-voltage switches or products with permanent magnets. Development of special manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Material testing above all focused on permanent magnets and other materials delivered. Testing of magnetic properties in the accredited laboratory (ISO 17025), testing of mechanical and corrosion properties.

The firm profits from many years of practice of its own employees in project, development and research establishments of the leading domestic companies with electrotechnical and engineering orientations. At present, the company has 45 permanent employees, of which more than half have a university degree. The company regularly participates with its own stand at international trade fairs in the Czech Republic, Germany and the USA.
